The Pre-Visit
Welcome! You're at the start of your hair journey to discover your best hair yet! Start by going to look at the services I offer and choosing the service that fits your hair needs the best! Once you have your service you can head over to the Book Now link to book your first visit. After you have booked your visit you will receive an email with any information you need concerning our location, parking and what to expect during your service.

As a hair stylist at Twist of Fate Salon you can expect every guest experience is customized to your needs. Our salon offers a calming, personalized experience where you can unwind and feel refreshed. We offer an array of snacks and refreshments for your visit. During each visit you can expect a detailed consultation where I will focus on your hair goals and how we can achieve them. As your hair stylist I will support you on your hair journey in the salon and at home so you can feel radiant and truly yourself.
The Consultation
On your first visit you can expect a detailed consultation to ensure you leave my chair with your best hair yet. We will go over your hair goals and hair needs and come up with a plan for your hair to achieve your desire look and make sure that you leave the salon feeling amazing.

During your service my goal is to ensure you have a relaxing, peaceful experience where you can truly enjoy your self-care. I will communicate with you throughout the process to make sure you are comfortable and that we are moving towards the vision you have for your hair.
After Goodbye
After your service it is important to me that we have achieved the look we discussed during our consultation. At the end of each visit we will revisit what we talked about in the consultation and make sure that you are leaving the salon feeling happy, confident, and refreshed.

Before you leave the salon we will devise a plan to maintain the look we have created and keep your hair looking incredible.

Between visits, you can expect a follow up from me to make sure you have everything you need before the next time we see each other.
