Yes! I love welcoming new guests! Because I focus on personalized, high-quality services, availability may be limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book anytime through my online scheduling system. Simply choose your service, select a time that fits your schedule, and you'll receive instant confirmation via email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Twist of Fate Salon accepts major credit/debit cards, cash and personal checks.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are only required for hair extension installs. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all extension installation appointments. The deposit covers the cost of ordering your custom hair and secures your application date. Hair is paid for in full at the time of deposit and is non-refundable once purchased, as it is custom ordered specifically for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly request that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I understand that sometimes things happen where you may need to cancel your appointment, however cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. This helps protect my time and allows other guest to book openings.
How do I know which service to book?
If you're unsure about which service to book you can contact me through the website with any questions about your service or you can book a "New Guest Consultation". This option gives us the time needed to assess your hair and create the right plan without feeling rushed.
Do I need to book a consultation for hair extensions?
A personalized, in person extension consultation is required for all new extension guest and for anyone changing methods, length, or color. You can book a consultation using the book now link.
How will I know which hair extension method is best for me?
During your consultation we will assess your natural hair and scalp health, and determine the best extension method for your goals. We will also color match and select ideal length, volume and density. provide a customized quote based on method, hair amount, and installation needs. All pricing is finalized at the consultation.

How will I know how to care for my extensions?
At your consultation and your first installation, you will be given information on how to care for, and maintain your extensions. To protect your investment and natural hair health, all extension clients must follow their approved home-care regimen that is provided during their consultation.
