Do you take new guests?
Yes! I love welcoming new guests! Because I focus on personalized, high-quality services, availability may be limited, so booking in advance is recommended.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book anytime through my online scheduling system. Simply choose your service, select a time that fits your schedule, and you'll receive instant confirmation via email.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Twist of Fate Salon accepts major credit/debit cards (with a processing fee), cash and personal checks.
What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly request that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I understand that sometimes things happen where you may need to cancel your appointment, however cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. This helps protect my time and allows other guest to book openings.
How do I know which service to book?

If you're unsure about which service to book you can contact me through the website with any questions about your service or you can book a "New Guest Consultation". This option gives us the time needed to assess your hair and create the right plan without feeling rushed.
